If you do not already have Windows Media Player installed, you can find free download and support information at: http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/download/ If you are having trouble listening to the samples you might have more success playing samples at a different time, especially if you are attempting to play them between 6 p.m. and 11 p.m. Pacific Time. These are generally the peak hours of Internet usage, and high network traffic may be the cause of the problem. If you're accessing the Internet behind a proxy or firewall, commonly found in a corporate or academic setting, you may persistently experience difficulty playing samples. We recommend accessing music samples from another computer that is not connected to that network.
